PRODUCTION OF SOYA WAX
The production of soy wax begins with the soy from which the oil is separated. This oil is then purified to get pure soybean oil, which then goes through a process called "hydrogenation," turning it into a solid.
Depending on the blend, a small amount of vegetable vegetable oils can be added to give the waxes unparalleled properties and performance. These ingredients are processed under strict supervision, with particular attention paid to secrecy. Only a select few know the actual ingredients.
Palmenwachs
All our palm waxes are non-GMO, 100% palm oil based, natural and eco-friendly. During solidification, palm wax forms an amazing pattern of crystalline structures. It's one of the hardest natural waxes, meaning it's ideal for freestanding pillar candles, works well in all climates, and tolerates heavy fragrance loads to enhance its aroma. If you are looking for a non-GMO and eco-friendly palm wax, our range has you covered. There has been much press recently about the destruction of Southeast Asia's rainforests, home to some of the world's most biodiverse ecosystems, with the risk of losing these forests and destroying the livelihoods of indigenous animals like the orangutan. , Sumatran tiger populations and other important wildlife.
We decided to find sustainable palm wax and so we partnered with a member of the Sustainable Palm Oil Roundtable (RSPO). This organization was founded by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), government agencies and the industry involved in oil palm cultivation. RSPO was founded to develop and define best practices for sustainable palm cultivation and environmental protection.
THE PRODUCTION OF PALM WAX
The palm produces fruit in bunches that are harvested and sent to palm oil factories for sterilization, peeling, oil extraction, clarification, and oil purification. The palm kernel has one of the highest oil contents of any plant, so a lot of wax can be grown in a small space. This raw palm oil is then further processed to remove free fatty acids and colorants. The oil quality is food safe.
The refined palm oil then undergoes fractionation, producing palm olein and stearin, which in turn can be fractionated into specialty products, including palm waxes. All of our palm waxes are made from 100% natural raw materials based on palm oil. The various blends of palm waxes are naturally manufactured/formulated from the many fractions of palm oil, resulting in exciting and varied crystalline structures. The crystalline structure is created by the different solidification speeds of palm fats.

PARAFFIN
Paraffin is a container wax. Paraffin wax is a petroleum derivative and is obtained by removing the waxy substance from crude oil. It is one of the most popular types of wax used in candle making as its molecular structure makes it very effective at releasing fragrance oil. Paraffin-like waxes maximize their fragrance.
You can choose from the following options:
- Wax for paraffin containersIt adheres excellently to bottles and containers, can absorb up to 9% fragrance and is available in sheet form. Each plate weighs approximately 4.5 kg. (470mm x 300mm). There are four pieces in each box.
- Container wax made from a soy/paraffin blendis a pre-blended blend of paraffin and soy that offers the best of both worlds: the fragrant, slightly stinging smell of paraffin and the attractive looks and ease of use of soy. This wax adheres well to pots and containers. This wax can contain a fragrance load of up to 10%. This wax comes in sheet form. Each plate weighs approximately 4.5 kg. (470mm x 300mm). There are five pieces in each box.
